Pizza Casserole

1 lbs. ground beef (90/10 is good)
1/2 chopped yellow onion
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1 small can black olives, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
20 oz. Ragu pizza sauce (can use spaghetti sauce also)
1 cup. sliced pepperoni, cut in quarters
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Egg noodles
2 cups shredded cheese - Pizza Blend
Brown beef with onions and bell pepper; when done drain fat. Next add olives, mushrooms, pizza sauce, and sliced pepperonis. Mix well and set aside. Cook Egg noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse. Add to the beef mixture and then add 1 cup of cheese. Put mixture into 4 quart casserole dish, cover with the remaining cup of cheese. Cover with lid or foil and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, then cook uncovered for an additional 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
