Meat Queso Dip

1 Velveeta block (cubed)
16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 large can of Original Rotel (drained)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. regular or spicy pork sausage
Brown meat and sausage, drain fat. Add Velveeta, cream cheese, and Rotel and mix. Continue to cook and stir until all the cheese is melted. Serve in large bowl or transfer to Crock pot.
