Artichoke & Spinach Dip

1/2 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 13 3/4 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained & mashed
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Drain spinach. Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased casserole dish for 30-40 minutes.
