Apple Streusel Parfait

1 pkg. (16 oz.) Frozen Apple Slices
1 tsp. Apple Pie Spice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pkg. Cinnamon Graham Crackers, crushed
1 container (8 oz.) Whipped Topping

Combine frozen apple slices, apple pie spice, raisins, butter, and brown sugar in large skillet. Heat over high heat for 5 min. until apples are thawed and butter is melted. Reduce heat to med. low and cook for 10 more min. or until juices are thicketed and apples are tender. Alternate two layers of crushed cinnamon graham crackers, apple filling, and whipped topping in 6 parfait glasses or in a 2 qt. dish. Serve Apple Streusel Parfaits warm or cold. Makes 6 servings.
