Chi Chi Cocktails

Ingredients

3 oz vodka
4 oz pineapple juice
2 oz cream of coconut
1 tsp. confectioners sugar
1 cup crushed ice
2 think slices pineapple, speared with 2 maraschino cherries
paper umbrellas

Mixing Instructions

Into a blender, combine vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, sugar, and ice. Blend on high speed until frothy and well combined, about 30 seconds.

Pour into chilled Collins glasses and garnish with pineapple slices, cherries, and umbrellas.
